Actually, one cannot simply reject all RequestMode messages. One must comply if in receipt of a multipointModeCommand. Section 7.12.5/H.245v2: "multipointModeCommand commands that a terminal in receipt shall comply with all requestMode requests issued by the MCU. … cancelMultipointModeCommand cancels a previously sent multipointModeCommand command."
