How can one indicate symmetric codecs? (Q80)

Prior to H.245v7, there was no way to do this. Some implementors thought that the receiveAndTransmitAudioCapability choice, taking audio as an example, indicated symmetric audio codecs. However, it was only simple shorthand for receiveAudioCapability and transmitAudioCapability and did not otherwise tie the two capabilities together. As of H.245v7, however, this choice does indeed indicate symmetric codecs. Be careful, though, because several pre-v7 implementations use this type of choice as shorthand and not to indicate symmetric codecs.
