Although an H.324 terminal may always place one H.245 message in an outgoing SRP command frame, it must be able to handle incoming SRP command frames that contain more than one H.245 message. 6.5.4/H.324v2: "More than one H.245 control message may be sent in each SRP or LAPM frame."
